Inmate Clyde Piggie appeals from the denial of his petition for a writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. Â§ 2254 seeking relief from three convictions by the disciplinary board at Indianas Maximum Control Facility. We affirm the district courts judgment except as to Piggies due process claim that he was denied access to a videotape of the incident underlying his conviction for battery. As to that claim, we vacate and remand for further proceedings.
